This is a clue why every matter will be able to remember...

It has to do with light (like everything): When the light touches a surface, part is reflected - this seem to be unnecessairy information. Part is refracted. Why? Because the speed of light is lower in matter than in air or vacuum.

So the reason that light is refracted is that there is a difference in the speed of light between the two substances. What happens to the energy that slows down the ray of light? It will be entering the inner dimensions of the substance (e.g. water...)

When you look at these pictures, taken by Masuru Emoto, then you will know that even water knows the difference between War & Peace. You don't have to tell people that war is not so good looking than peace - even water knows this:
